SIMEXPERT PROD processes the personal data voluntarily provided by the visitors of our website, and by voluntarily filling in the e-mail address in the " Contact " section along with the first and last name, it gives us access to this data in order to be able to respond to your message.  

The data provided voluntarily are processed based on consent, requested after completing the data. You can withdraw this consent at any time by sending an email to sim.expert.prod@gmail.com .  

Automatic Data Collection : Your computer's IP address is automatically collected when you visit our website. The IP address is a number assigned to your computer when you access the Internet. • to transmit to the Company you work for, orders / offers / confirmations of offers / invoices / notifications regarding the development of contracts concluded between SIMEXPERT PROD and the Company you represent or other documents and/or information relevant to the existing or potential commercial relations between SIMEXPERT PROD and The company you work for.

• You have the right to file a complaint with the competent authority responsible for protecting personal information, the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).  

To exercise these rights, the data subject can send a written, dated and signed request to SIMEXPERT PROD.  

The information regarding the personal data, and as the case may be, the measures taken, will be sent to the Data Subject at the address mentioned in the request within 30 days provided by the Regulation. This Term can be extended by two months when necessary, taking into account the complexity of the request.
